Microsoft Planner essentials – task management, team visibility and project coordination
Microsoft 365
Overview
Planner is one of the most underused tools in Microsoft 365. When it's set up well it gives teams a shared view of what's happening, what's due and who's responsible, without the overhead of complex project management software. This workshop is hands-on and practical. We'll build out a working Planner board together, connect it to Teams and establish the habits that keep it useful beyond week one. If your team is still tracking tasks in email threads or spreadsheets, this is the workshop that changes that.
