Sustainable Hybrid Ministry in 2022

After two years of interruptions and change, there are many new and ongoing challenges we face in our churches; disconnection with fringe and former members, ineffective online engagement, less frequent attenders and volunteers.
For ourselves, clarifying what the new era of hybrid work looks like with our fellow leaders, and how to work and rest well for short and long term fruitfulness.
How can we arm ourselves to face all these challenges in 2022?

Since the start of the pandemic, Evan has been helping churches with digital transformation to effectively empower their teams and reach their communities through hybrid collaboration, engagement, and technology.
Evan worked at St Hilary’s Anglican Church for 6 years, leading in Music, Communications and Online Systems and is a Digital Developer for 20 years. Evan has developed, implemented and supported strategies and tools to serve in all functions of church life.
Evan is an Arrow leader, graduating from the two year Arrow Leadership Emerging Leaders program in 2017.
